I usually add some sugar or jelly which makes it even more irresistible.
* 1 matza
* 1 egg – beaten
* 1/2 tsp butter
1. Break the matza into 3 equal pieces and sandwich them together.
2. Place them under warm running water and when they are moist dip them into the egg.
3. In a large heavy-bottomed pan on medium heat, melt the butter.
4. Add the matza and fry it on one side, turn and fry on the other side.
